Despite the high profit margins of custom self-inking rubber stamps, self-inking stamps, and engraving, many office dealers have left that market untapped. The majority of e-commerce solutions don’t allow shoppers to customize products online.
But that has changed with the release of ECi DDMS 10, ECinteractive 10, and the uTypia microsite from Trodat (www.trodat.net), the world’s number one supplier of stamp components.
 In ECinteractive and is.D-Force 2, the Shopping menu will launch Trodat’s custom product microsite uTypia, shown below.
Your shoppers can choose from a variety of custom products including: the eco-friendly, non-toxic, Trodat Printy self-inking stamps, the long lasting Ultimark pre-ink stamps, ink replacement products, signs, name badges and more! Shoppers can easily personalize their text, upload logos, set borders, and preview the layout.
The uTypia microsite has several colors and styles to choose from to better match the corporate identity of each dealer.
The intuitive interface prevents errors and returns.
Once the order is complete, the Trodat microsite places the order in your shopping cart for checkout, and the order flows to your back-end system.
Your normal short-buy process places custom stamp items, each with a special Trodat reference code, on a purchase order for transmission via the ECi Private Supply Network. Receiving the acknowledgement will automatically update your purchase order with order status and shipping information
Orders can be drop shipped directly to your customers.
Orders are fulfilled by the custom stamp maker of your choice, allowing you to continue using a LOCAL fulfiller!

 Log in to your DDMS Support Portal https://support.ecisolutions.com:
Click Software Downloads.
Follow the on-screen steps to download and install DDMS Version 10.0+ and ECi Content Install (both are required to set up Trodat PSN and Item Files)

Get Trodat items via ECi Content Integration, set up DDMS for Trodat PSN, launch the ECinteractive microsite, and send orders to your chosen fulfiller.
