As we anticipate this growth to continue, we are upgrading hardware, increasing redundancy, expanding disk capacity, accelerating processing power, and strengthening availability in our network.
The Upgrade Schedule This Weekend
Taking proactive steps to meet future demand, ECi Operations will upgrade all the servers in our data center this weekend.
Beginning 10 pm CDT Friday, Oct. 22
Ending by 3 pm CDT Saturday, Oct. 23
This task extends our weekly maintenance window, normally every Saturday night from 9:00 PM CT until the following Sunday morning at 6:00 AM CT.
All ECi Hosted Services and Communications Affected
Each affected server will temporarily be down on a staggered schedule of backup, switchover, and configuration testing.
ECi Hosted Services
You and your customers will be temporarily unable to connect to your Web storefronts or transmit purchasing transactions. All hosted services are affected:
ECi Private Supply Network (PSN), including O/PUS® PSN.
ECinteractive® and is.D-Force® 2
Dealer Station® family, including is.D-Force®, Distributor Station®
DDMS® ASP and Dealer Station xTended (DSX)
ACTION RECOMMENDED: The ECinteractive and Dealer Station family of sites can prompt any logged-in Web customers to complete their orders before your site is taken offline. Please temporarily extend your "Site Down For Maintenance" schedule where available according to the dates above. For details, see your online help or Weekly Data Center Maintenance.
No other action is required on your part.
ECi Communications
Corporate Web Sites will be offline, such as www.ecisolutions.com, www.ddms.com, www.maytech.com, and www.Team-design.net.
Support Portals will be offline temporarily.
Email may not be delivered immediately while the server is offline.
Voice Mail will be offline temporarily.
Our 24/7 support services will still be available via phone.
